I feel very excited and afraid when i was working in a team on the bridge building project.I was afraid as i do not know these people.The members of my team are very friendly and i forgot all my fears. I learnt that i do not respect others and i must try to have respect for my group mates so that we can get the best performance possible.I overcame my fears as my group mates are very friendly.
